Refund for a purchase during PMP Webinar:
We believe in the value of our Webinars and the learning opportunities they provide. If you have registered for our PMP Bootcamp during the webinar and find that it doesn't meet your expectations or unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, you are eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of Enrolment.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method, and it may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
- You have not attended any live class or consumed more than 25% of our learning content which includes videos and practice tests.
- If you made a purchase during the live webinar, you are eligible for a refund. However, if you bought the course after the webinar following a discussion with one of our sales team members, you are not eligible for a refund.
- You have not requested any exam voucher from our end.

No Refund for Non-Webinar Purchases**:
We take great pride in our course offerings and other educational resources. However, please note that for normal purchases which include our PMP Bootcamp, Mentor or Test Programs etc., we do not offer refunds post-purchase. Every mentee of ours gets a one on one mentor assigned who works diligently to make sure you successfully pass the exam. Due to the nature of the effort and hand-holding done from our end, it is not possible for us to provide the refund.
